At Taarini Anand, we take pride in offering handmade, luxury menswear crafted with meticulous attention to detail. Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, please review the following shipping guidelines:
1. Processing & Shipping Time:

Knitwear ships in 5-6 weeks from the date of order placement.
- Garments containing ceramic trims have variable timelines (upto 8 weeks). Please get in touch with us at support@taarinianand.com to know the actual timeline for delivery of these garments.
- All other garments ship 3-4 weeks from the date or order placement.
- Once shipped, you will receive your order within 3-5 business days.
2. Urgent Requests: If you require urgent shipping/production, please contact us at support@taarinianand.com before placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, we cannot guarantee expedited production or delivery in all cases.
3. Shipping Methods & Costs: We ship using trusted courier services. Shipping for all orders is free. Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their shipping details at checkout. Taarini Anand is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect address information.
4. International Shipping: Please get in touch with support@taarinianand.com for shipping outside of India.
5. Lost or Delayed Shipments: While we work with reliable shipping partners, delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, customs processing, or logistical disruptions. Taarini Anand is not liable for shipping delays once the package has been handed over to the courier service. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us, and we will work with the courier to resolve the issue.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
As a luxury brand focusing on craftsmanship and sustainability, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges since each product is made to order. We encourage our customers to make considered decisions before purchasing to ensure they select pieces that resonate with them.
1. Order Cancellations: Once an order is placed, you can modify or cancel it within 24 hours. After this time period, it cannot be modified or cancelled as production begins immediately. Customers are responsible for reviewing their orders before finalising payment.
2. Quality & Handmade Disclaimer: Each piece is handmade using traditional techniques, including handloom fabrics, hand-dyeing, embroidery, and hand-knitting. Minor imperfections or variations are a hallmark of handmade craftsmanship and add to the beauty of the garment. These details make each piece one of a kind and a testament to artisanal skill. Our pieces are delicate and should be handled with care to maintain their longevity.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items: In the unlikely event you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact support@taarinianand.com within 7 days of receiving your order with photographs of the issue. The product should be unworn, unwashed, and have its original tag attached. We will carefully review your request and determine the best possible resolution.
4. Non-Returnable Situations:

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preferences.

Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for replacement or refund.
5. Responsibility for Returns: In cases where we approve a return for damaged or incorrect items, customers must return the product in its original condition. If damaged in transit, Taarini Anand is not liable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
