How do I make a purchase?
You can currently only pre-order through our online store. If you have an urgent order or customisation request, please write to us at orders@taarinianand.com. We'll try to assist you at the soonest possible.
How do I know if my order is confirmed?
We will send you an email confirming your order. If the order value has been deducted at your end but you haven't received a confirmation e-mail, please write to us at orders@taarinianand.com.

Can I change my shipping address after my order is placed?
In case of any cancellations or modifications to your order, please get in touch with us within 24 hours of placing your order at orders@taarininanand.com. If there's a change in the shipping address, we can accommodate it before the order is shipped. Any and all changes in the shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

Do you ship internationally?
We currently only offer domestic shipping within India.
When will my order be shipped?
Pre-orders will be shipped starting at the end of August, 2025.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges since each product is made to order. In the unlikely event you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact support@taarinianand.com within 7 days of receiving your order with photographs of the issue. The product should be unworn, unwashed, and have its original tag attached. We will carefully review your request and determine the best possible resolution. Please read our Returns & Exchanges Policy for further information.
How long will it take until I receive my order?
Once shipped, your order will reach you within 3-5 business days.
KNITWEAR
Will my knitwear shrink?
Our knitwear won’t shrink on its own—but like all high-quality wool pieces, it doesn’t love water or heat. That’s why we recommend dry cleaning only. It keeps your piece looking and feeling fresh for years!
Is your knitwear itchy?
Not at all. We only use premium wool and carefully blended natural fibres that feel soft and luxurious against the skin—never scratchy. If you’ve had bad experiences with wool before, this might just change your mind!
How do I care for my knitwear?
Think of it as a little ritual. Always fold, never hang - hanging can stretch your knits out. Dry clean when needed to maintain the shape and structure. And to keep it safe from moths, we include a natural cedarwood ball with every piece. Just pop it into your closet - it smells great too.
Can I alter it if it doesn’t fit?
It's very rare to have a sizing issue with knitwear since it's stretchable and not designed to be fitted. That said, we don’t recommend altering a piece once it’s fully finished—it can compromise the structure and design. If you really feel the need to tweak something, a specialised knitter might be able to help. But honestly, it’s unlikely that it comes to that.
